I was lucky enough, with my modest boobage, to wear one of those: flatten them into oblivion bras under my tri suit. Just kept it on for everything. But: only ever did short ones! I am limited by the swim... Then I realised I only did them because I liked the bike and tended to be right at the top, beating the men, just for the bike leg, so started cycling in stead

fraggle May 2021 9:49am, 12 May 2021 2,854 posts	0 fraggle Pix - learn to swim in you run bra and don't bother changing, all those little few minutes in transition certainly add up and could be vital * *says she whose transition time in Mallorca totalled 26 minutes to be fair it took forever to get my sun sleeves on, and then I was wetter after the bike than the run, and it took ages to change in to my run shorts as my hands were so cold.
