7 x 5ks and a 10k. Doing my first mile on Saturday and then my first 10 mile the following week. A year ago I didn't run.

Parkruns are races, anyone who says otherwise doesn't know what a race is or is being deliberately obtuse, it does not matter what you call them, they are races.
