I’ve just been outside to check on ours and give it a bit of a shake out. Largely dry and smells fantastic!

It’s out but not till after the sun had left. Bit of a breeze though so fingers crossed! Going to put bed linen on next.

If I'm honest I am a little disappointed that my washing is not completely dry. But it does have that fresh air smell to it.

It’s an act of defiance pegging out in winter. There’s so much more to it than simply ‘getting clothes dry’

Aaaarrrggghhh. I missed good drying weather today. I went for a 14 mile run over the South Downs. There was a clear blue sky, a nice breeze & it was hot for this time of year.
By the time I got home, had a shower & put the washing machine on, the afternoon was drawing on. By the time the washing machine had finished, it was too late really to peg the washing out. It's now on the airers in front of the coal fire.
