Does running make you selfish, or are we selfish before we start running...........discuss?

I too am skint, with Christmas rapidly approaching, but have found the resources somewhere to purchase £40's worth of gloves and socks for ME ME ME today.

I may come and spectate and give out flapjack and ting.
