Nelly Apr 2015 11:47am, 14 Apr 2015 2,362 posts	0 Nelly Uc - TBH I'm not sure how congested it is in the middle of the pack, but towards the front third of the pack there's generally plenty of room to get into your running straight away. The biggest issue with congestion is immediately behind the pace groups, and in particular at the turn around point just before 3miles. There is also a little bottleneck just after the water station at 7.5miles, where we run up a pedestrianized area, and because of traffic bollards they herd us up a narrow barriered route, but by that time the field is nicely spread out.
