rwr - tonight is described as speed- short. you don't need to take anything with you but we do recommend wearing some hi-viz. road shoes would be best. look forward to seeing you

Doing some speed work, recovery and then tapering well before an HM is as important for a good time as getting the training miles in

I'm not going to make it tonight, Mrs S - no car :( (And I am NOT running to Stonehaven and back!) Won't be there next week either due to the Run4it thing, will be the following week though :)

Tonight's plan in prep for Fraserburgh is 10 mins warmpup, 6 x 1 minute fast with 1 minute slow in between, 10 minutes cool down.

The Aberdeen contingent will be strong! My Fetch top is coming with me so the weather better be decent as I don't want to have to cover it up.
