Don't often pip into the football thread, but this has been a sad year for Coventry City fans of a certain age. First George Curtis and now the incomparable John Sillett. It is not often the word legend is used, but as the deliverer if the FA Cup in 1987, Sillett certainly fits the term for CCFC fans. Sadly missed, PUSB

Icyshirt, it is games I believe. 12 games unbeaten going back to a 3-2 defeat at poor and road the year we went down to league 1. April 2009 was the last time ipshit beat us.

Should Everton best Liverpool tonight that will mean that Norwich will have the longest unbeaten run in English football against their local rivals. So COME ON EVERTON!!!!

I see penalty to Rangers won the game again.
I was at Pittodrie tonight and watch two dire teams, Livi don't deserve to be in the premiership. Aberdeen were poor but were still miles ahead of the visitors and if they could take their chances it would have been 4 or 5. One thing I noticed was the ref failed to card players in the first half which led to some stupid challenges in the second, hence why the poor lad got sent off, a ref that clamped down better wouldn't have had to show a red.

He shouldn't be anywhere near the pitch in a rangers match Baz. I saw it last night and for once it was a pen, though if it had been the other way possibly wouldn't have been given.
