Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I love League One, Joopsy. Never mentioned on football programmes, goes completely under the wire.

I can empathise with Citeh fans who look forward to going to the Abbey ;-)

In fairness you do support your home town team. You also support lots of other people’s home town teams.

As for "the sick budgies" avoiding relegation.
Ask yourself this..........would you rather be playing and losing to Liverpool or beating Burton??? (I deliberately avoided saying beating Man City and losing to Peterbrough, Rotherham or Exeter)

League One every time. This season has been brilliant. I've enjoyed my football more than probably over tha last two decades. The penalty shootout 'win' against Peterborough was amazing. Our young keeper climbed into the away end at the end of the match to celebrate with his family.

Yes, the Premier League is top quaity, but it is missing out in terms of 'true' football, in my humble opinion.

And if you can be arsed, this is a decent article:

Ipswich Town FC Women

FULL-TIME

Manchester City 10-0 Ipswich Town

A valiant effort from the Tractor Girls but sadly outclassed by top opposition.

Safe journey home to our amazing fans who carried us through the whole game

💙

Don’t be sad the journey is over, be proud it happened

Not sure anyone complaining about the Premier League, it's been brilliant this season.

Ah, the beautiful game, remember that? Let's put down some jumpers and have a socially-distanced kickabout. Long shots only, and no hugging and kissing.
