These are good tptherapy.com
Not the cheapest, but good and will last.

Those with a plastic core are imho more effective and tolerate more weight.

Which if you end up doing variations like this

or using a "super friend" to add weight, is what makes the better.

Bought from lots of places in the past. Whoever is cheapest at the time :-) I actually got three of the GRIDs from Amazon on a lightening deal. But have used elsewhere.

We have a grid roller. Our orignal foam roller ended up squashed out of shape, there are better.
Sportshoes.com are good for all running kit (often cheap shoes and kit if you are looking) they do them with a few pounds off.

I usually recommend a pretty basic and cheap one to start, just in case you hate it and also because they do the job just as well as the fancy ones. I do take on board the fact that the cheaper ones might collapse, but mine hasn't in the four years I've had it

Don't forget to use the fetch/amazon link or the fetch/wiggle link if you decide on one of those. :-)

I have a Grid roller as well. Katie clearly chose a better cheap one than I did (or maybe the problem is just that I'm so much heavier :) ); mine started collapsing within a few weeks. I'd replaced it within a month, the Grid gets daily use and it is still in perfect condition after 18 months.

I have one just like the one on Amazon that Katie suggested.

I use it all the time and I am a 'big lad'.

Had it for years and it still seems to keep it's shape.

Fragile Do Not Bend
I got one from Sainsbury's for about a tenner, TK Maxx do them cheaply too.

Mine hasn't had a massive amount of use but it's holding up fine so far.
