anyone got one of these bad boys? rumble-roller.co.uk I have 'the stick' , and a quadballer sportstherapyscotland.co.uk and use an ordinally foam roller in the gym This looks like it might be better than all of these, can anyone compare? |

I have a trigger point roller and think it's excellent. tptherapy.com I have ssen the rumble roller too and it looks like it would do a similar job. Definitely better than a regular foam roller and it will maintain its integrity indefinitely. The regular foam rollers give up the ghost after a year with regular us.

It came today and to say it hurts is an understatement I used it three times for about 1-2 mins and now my itb is v bruised! |
