That section is a part of my regular Saturday morning route so I plant and water flowers every 7 days, although a couple of weeks ago they had been stolen but I had recently planted some new ones. Over the 2.5 miles section, if someone had stolen them they would have planted their own flowers. Unless there were lots of short activities of less than a half a mile each, coinciding with each of my flowers, which would be highly unlikely. Anyway, on my journey this morning I planted some flowers in that section, so I suspect that it is a mystery which will remain unsolved, and not worth spending any more time on.

In case you didn't already know, be aware that any bugs present when you move will come with you and have their 'created on' date reset. Everything else will stay where it is - so if you're going to move it's usually better to move before you go so there's things for you to collect when you get the 'new' place.
