been slowly returning to full-on attention to fetchpoint over the last couple of weeks keeping the bugs almost clear. Clear for a few days in a row now so going to go for 30 day badge and best ever score. Having great fun so far and todays bug is favourable.

Luckily my 2 bugs were close together so zapped on my Interval Run.

Is there any way to tell who's picked your flowers? I had a few which are gone and I'm just curious...

I looked on the map to see whether there were any new ones nearby but I can't see any - thinking that if someone picked mine then they might also have planted some.

It's possible there was a flower picker who stopped their GPS recording every 0.4 miles, but it is unlikely. Flowers do mature after six weeks. Could they simply have been automatically harvested?

No and no - they were only a week old and I'd visited them nearly every day; they were at the end of my road, which is where I go to dump my bug just outside my circle.
I had a closer look and I *think* I know who got them.

It can't be either of those explanations, then. Intriguing. It could be someone who managed to not hit a 0.5 mile point while in uncharted territory, given that you planted them just outside of your circle.

I think it's hard to see definitively. If they were outside the picker's circle they should be leaving flowers nearby but if they are within the pickers' own circle I don't think you'd ever be able to tell.
That would be something I'd like. Rather than just showing up on your feed that flowers have been picked it could show who has picked them (so I can take revenge!).

I picked one earlier but also planted one in almost the same place - I guess I was expecting that to happen with mine, another one planted by someone very close by. But perhaps it depends on where they were in their run.
Ironically I'm likely to pick the ones he sowed (if it's who I think it is) tomorrow when I do my weekly cycle food shop, they're exactly on the route I take.
