I've just realised that most of the leaders are logging a lot of cycling miles. Is it possible to get into the top 10 on running miles alone? Has anyone done it? Also, sorry another noob question. Would it benefit me to run over yellow and green bugs? |

I donโt think itโs possible to get in the top 20 without cycling. Just look at the amount of points they all have from flowers. Every time you run over a yellow and green bug you get 4 points. |

In the winter, when we've put our bicycles in the shed. Then it's possible.

I rarely cycle and I was in the top 10. Mind, I did do over a 100 mile week in there.

I came up with an idea for the daily bug, so that early risers/people on different time zones, aren't disadvantaged: fetcheveryone.com/featurerequests.php#feature685 The text of it, so you don't have to click the link unless you're interested: Fetchpoint: nymph Add nymph stage for the ๐. This is not collectable; just indicates where the daily bug will mature. Created some time before midnight (maybe even at current daily ๐ creation time). Matures just after midnight/or normal timing. |

JCB, how have you done that map? Thanks also for the information. Had FE ever thought of having a running league or is this a topic done to death and we're not having it? |

You're welcome, Sparkly Bridget. I'm not sure how many more rides I'm going to do out your way. There's been a fairly consistent easterly for the last month or so which has made riding out towards Buckingham from Oxford a good option.

milemonster, I created the map in a bit of a manual way: fetcheveryone.com/blog/91900/2020/05#406426 There is the UTMOST game, which isn't a distance league, but I do think there's an annual distance league for running. Found it: fetcheveryone.com/league-training.php It's for all sorts of activities, including running. |
