If there is a traffic light stuck right in the middle of the park where I intend to do some intervals tomorrow - will I be charged each time I run through it or just once for the route - if the whole run is recorded as a single workout?

If the owner of the rent marker doesn't visit it at least once every seven days, it's rent will drop to zero. As they're system-owned, I didn't really think that through - but we are in testing mode after all
You'll only hit a marker once per run. So unless you log your intervals as individual runs, you'll only be penalised once.

Some won't move eg rent markers, others will get moved by yourself or other runners eg bugs and relays. And so long as you keep logging runs, the coins and randoms will keep landing around you in random places. Have a look at the marker guide.
