Aw. Sorry. :( That hasn’t happened to me yet. My eating pattern hasn’t changed enough not to be compensated by the extra exercise I’m doing. Hope things get easier for you soon.

Just realised that it was Tuesday. With lockdown, each day is like every other.

Long runs are at 8 miles, thanks. Trying to prepare for Brighton in September - still hoping it goes ahead.

Yes, very well thanks Ness! Hope you're well too. My body rewards good eating...I look and am thinner...and it also punishes bad eating habits...it will reflect what I eat, so it's up to me to decide!

Bedtime shortly as I need to run early tomorrow....then teach yoga at 8am on Zoom to my colleagues! Then work!

I think I'm missing the walking - I was walking into town most days to shop and the dog had two long walks a day. He's got a damaged knee and can't walk far. Not a good excuse as I could have been doing indoor workouts or on the exercise bike - but I just don't enjoy it.
