Hi Lizzie
That's a good idea, all to Tilgate parkrun as a warm up then?
Although further away it's a nicer run than Brighton & Hove

Ok. So sorry for being rubbish re the next mile - life seems so busy
November is sort of out for me due to still not *quite* knowing when I am moving house etc. Then December is just busy for everyone.
So, how about we have a lovely Fetch mile in January. How does Saturday 19th sound?

Hi all
Are we going to do this, this year? I could organise Crawley (K2), could go and spend time in Tilgate park after - Smith & Western would be open for drinks, big lawn area to play in and those interested could have a freedom run round our route
