I quite liked it in Worthing - we get a nice track and then a lovely cafe down the road by the seaside. A Crawley one can always happen too if you like.

I think the problem with Crawley is football training on the track most of the weekend.

And Worthing had a good track & excellent cafe. And a beach! Good seafront path for a run, too.
