I know a couple of others who might want to run a mile. I appreciate that you're trying to allow time after BRTT but will 3pm be a bit late / dark? Macc has lights - I don't know Warrington.

Might do one of the park runs in a couple of weeks too! I would mention before hand if i'm quiet on the day its not ignorance or me focusing. It's shyness
