OMG Jen- It was like running with bricks for feet.

I had on leggings+ fleece lined tracksuit bottoms, a short and a long sleeved base layer, my running jacket, gloves, my gore head band to cover my ears, a hat and my buff which was pulled up to under my nose.

All you could see was my nose and eyes. It snowed the whole time I was out and the wind was bitter.
I need some fleece lined trainers cos the rest of me was just about ok but my feet were white from mid-foot to toes and from 1/2 way round they hurt everytime they touched the ground- I get white fingers like this normally but this was even worse!!

Pictures are ace. I love mini farnies drawing

I had a bit less on than that - just two layers on top and tights. Had to keep taking my gloves on and off as they are thick ones and make my hands hot after a while. My fingers went white after I got home, for some reason, and didn't come back to life until I was in a boiling hot shower.

We did well though sioux :) :) Really pleased I did it and got it out of the way

Algebra ? I can honestly say for the last 34 years I haven't had to know what the hell "x" or "y" is.

I get cold very easily. I had a short sleeve base layer on under my fetch shirt on Sat plus 2 fleeces and a jacket in between races

Feel pleased with myself now though. :)
