Jenny/Tracy - I will have a go at pacing you to sub-8. I'm having a problem with one of my knees and am trying not to aggravate it so will probably not want to try and PB myself.

Jenny - Just hope I can manage a mile in sub 8 :-) At the moment not getting many miles done coz of knee but am cross training by drinking lots of guiness ;-) Will hopefully get some physio in next couple of weeks so should get it sorted out
