Homer Dec 2008 11:25am, 16 Dec 2008 7,422 posts	0 Homer Hi gc I plan on doing Alsager the next day (cheshire grand prix for 2009 I think?)....don't think it should be a problem as I'll do a mile or 2 warm up, 1 mile race....just a wee speed session Come along just for fun...(assuming macc co-operate)
gcwenn Dec 2008 9:52pm, 16 Dec 2008 32 posts	0 gcwenn I have just checked my fixture list and Macc are away at Rotherham, so it is looking good for an attendance! I ran 5km in 22 mins so 7 mins is conservative, i may be more hopeful of 6.30!!!
