westmoors, I'm heading to the running show, but I've yet to decide which parkrun to do enroute, It might be Babb's Mill, it might be Oaklands, or I might get up late and run Walsall Arboretum.

its the easter weekend so i think it will be a bit hit and miss. There will be a fabulous concert on in Cardiff that evening though
