Enthusiastic!
Yay for cakes
Pah to hospital visits and running silly distances...
I'm hoping for a personal worst tomorrow given the current jetlag haze I'm inhabiting!

If I run I'll match you for a PW. OTOH I might wake up feeling brilliantly fit.

I'm not going to be able to make this - realistically we won't get back on time from the orienteering event we're doing in Bexley so we're pulling out ... sorry! I think I had the same clash of events for the last Fetch mile ...

Paula's cakes The wind coming in off the coast will blow away any hangover......
Ocean, you can get a bus from Sloane Square, check TFL (can't remember the number). From Liv Street, I'd take the Central & Victoria to Vic (Circle line down this weekend), then hop on a train.

I'll be there early BCRB warming up
Or if you are bus inclined its 211 I think from Liverpool Street to Victoria. Its about 1.5 mile walk from Victoria (Eccleston Bridge stop/Coach station). Go down the road the stop is on to then end and turn left and you are at Lister Hospital, cross over the bridge and cut into the park at the gates. Take the the left once in the park and walk past the tennis courts on your right and track on your left and turn left into the entrance building

I'm getting excited and I won't even be there. Must get along to one next year and at least help with timings and haranguings.
Takes me more like 25 mins from Sloane square to the actual track. But Willymo undoubtedly has longer legs and probably won't be carrying a life support system with him. Curly's short cut round the tennis courts is good.
