I'm sure we'll still be there by the time you've run an extra 16 minutes Curly

Think I'm going down with something but still going to make it - just have to lower my expectations time wise!

Rundude, no time pressure if you don't want there to be. You'll still get cheered in. And alcohol is very good for minor lurgies, cures everything.
I'm looking forward to running this in my NOO SHOOS!!! They're PINK!!!

Not sure now: legs seem to be made of concrete this week. Might come along just to say hello.

for those interested on the the 'spikes' debate of how much time they make up. (maybe it is only me interested )
So doing 2 different track sessions one with spikes and one with very light weight racers, for similar distance, i found out that I am 5 seconds faster a km with the spikes. It could be more as spikes where used on thursday eve at the end of my training week (circa 90 miles) with very tired legs, where racers had been used on a monday morning when i was fresh! My reps where of about 1000m or 1200m.

spikes are great proper runner and all. Trying mine out again this time.
Note - on warm up don't run on inside two lanes - track etiquette kidz
