actually I'm not new to fetch, just new to posting! there's a few pubs in the bailgate area not far away or there's the Lincolnshire poacher which is just round the bypass, better for parking.

This one?

lincolnshirepoacherpub.co.uk

That looks pretty good. Right side of the city for me to escape out to Great Grimsby, too.

I've been thinking about the "entry fee". I'm basing everything on eleven people coming (£4.84 each). There could be possibly one or two more who turn up on the day.

Rather than me having to bring a calculator, working out exact figures and/or refunding coppers if/when more turn up, would we be happy calling it a round fiver, and then me donating any money over and above the £53 track hire fee to my charity http://www.standrewshospice.com/children_index.asp?

That could potentially be a 26p donation per person if no extras turn up.

Obviously, if you'd rather just pay exactly your proportion of the track hire fee, then that's no problem...

£5.00 is fine as far as me and moley are concerned. Saves buggering about with change etc too.

minardi.
£5 is great, the charity is great - and I know of 2 more who have every intention of coming but who haven't committed "online", so to speak.

Just back from holiday ... this whole debate has passed me by. I will try and get along tomorrow at 3pm although my first run today after my holiday has demoralised me completely................

The track...is it the one at the back of Yarborough with the cycle track around it?
