im thinkng several 4 and 5s a week with a 7,8,9,10,11,12 each week and 13 on week 7 being the run itself
although have a half on the 17th august and the 26th september lol !! so 3 13's! lol

RP - this morning is my last lsr until Fleetwood - thank dog for that, my legs won't take any more! But I may be up for one towards the end of Sept - Odie is doing Rutland, and depending on how I feel after Fleetwood, I *might* do it with her - also depends if she has recovered from her torn calf muscle by then *fingers x'd*
