We were then looking for a trod over to Thorpe Fell top, but couldn't spot one (plan was go from there down to upper barden res), so we heather bashed straight from the memorial down to the res, then back up and over to Embsay Crag. Anyone know if there is a trod over to the trig up there? Looks like yes on satellite views, but it's not 100% clear.

The message I've seen relates to races in the Glossop area but I would imagine the policy will be the same for all their land, including that in the Lakes.
