96.9% accuracy rating for my last game - best yet. And I even managed one blunder in there too.

Scorge - As said earlier, accuracy on its own means nothing. An 1800 playing a 400 will be very accurate. They might not be so accurate when playing a 2800 though as the best moves will likely be harder to find.

Also when following book/ known lines (past what the computer counts as book) you can be accurate for a long time as the best lines are known by many.

In addition, the longer the time control the more likely it is for accuracy to be higher.

Every so often I think an opponent is taking a long time to make their next move - "probably got them in trouble now" I think, "they're having a long hard think on this one" only to go into the app and find that I've actually lost.

Well done to everyone in Div 10. It was a very close division but it looks like Scorge is going to clinch it. Congrats!

It was great. And I'm surprised to see the analysis not telling me about the many and varied errors I made. Only 2 blunders, and one of those was near the end when I was dead anyway!

Turkhish killed me off very effectively. I was focused on what I thought was a strong position only to completely mess the threat to my own king who I thought was safe and sound.

Fetch, can you remove me from the league before the next round, please?

My analysis said despite 1 blunder I was never in trouble. It certainly didn’t feel like that!

cheers SPR - trying to rationalise the thinking behind it and probably just getting a bit lost and should just concentrate on what i'm doing!

think i've just done enough to squeak D10, which is a relief as i'm feeling a touch lost in my last game. been very tough, boning up on the old chess books a touch has definitely helped.
