Hence you've beaten DaveK and he has 2 points so you have a tie-break score of 2 (no one else has scored points so DaveK's tie break score is 0). If you played DaveK again and won, then your tie break score would double. I forgot about this when we were debating tie breaks but it's a nice was of doing it and satisfies the more data approach Daddy Shark was talking about but in a way that is fair.
