It was blocked by my VPN but pheasants would much rather run than fly and when they do fly their sense of manoueverabilty (sp??) seems sadly lacking (hence they are easy for posh boys to shoot!)

We've got peacocks in the farm up above us. One of my regular runs is through the farmyard and the number of times they've scared me, especially in the dark, is ridiculous. There's also new lambs around up here too. |

Red Squirrel
Birds all over the place this morning in my garden - so lovely to see. Robins Redwings (lots) Starling Goldfinches (strangely quite small) Blackbirds From a distance - but I think a blackcap The thrush family birds are going for the lichen and exposed berries up here. |
