Swifts here still. And we have now established that 4 distinct hedgehogs are now visiting our garden on a regular basis, after 10 years with only 1 or 2 sightings. I'm hoping this is a good sign, rather than indicating a crisis because of exceptionally hard ground causing a dispersal into new territory or something like that.

Thanks guys.
I have a(?) hedgehog that goes through my garden every night and leaves me his messages. I never see him but next door often does and she feeds him. (it may be a her, especially after my mishap earlier in the year).

Been over on Arran for a few days break.
Still a lot of house martins darting about on the island. Diving gannets are always a highlight.
Not bird related but saw a pod of porpoises on the way home via Tarbert on Loch Fyne.

Sounds good. I remember the gannets from being there during Euro 2000

Two swift and a few house martin way up above the house. Wonder if they’ll be the last swift I see this year?
