Nice wander up Whinlatter with the dog this morning. Needed YakTrax just to get out of the car 🤣. Fresh snow higher up and the only tracks were from a fox. Didn’t see a soul so peaceful 😊

My first hike in winter conditions today. Chose Carrock fell and High Pike because I felt safer on the grassy smooth paths. Oh.. it was brilliant. I loved it so much. And all the bogs were frozen.
