Gargling salt water hourly and dosing up on vit c and zinc. Will assess in the morning. The bunged upness isn't as bad but sore throat is travelling downwards. Think I've killed the bug in back of my mouth but it's still trying to find a way in 😠😷 Hubby is still recovering from his bout so I knew I was bound to 'pick it up' at some point.
