Chris something *definitely * happens to me around 90-100 minutes in I feel ill, lightheaded and weepy I can abort it with sugar

What I usually do is run through it My 20 miles last week was done on one jellybaby, and that was spat out cos it was too cold

I think sugar just postpones the problem. Running through and telling yourself that it's a temporary feeling that will go away in a while might be better.
