Just a reminder the second Edinburgh Parkrun trial is on tomorrow morning at 9:30, I won't make it as we're going down to Yorkshire tonight but all runners and marshalls are welcome. Hopefully it'll be a bit less windy than last week

It's East District XC champs tomorrow, so won't make it I'm afraid. And down in Abingdon the following week. Then XC on Sat 24 Oct prob. But hopefully make it on the 31 Oct? Hope the last test and then the launch goes well. I'm sure it will! :-)G

I'm up and gonna be getting ready before Go Pre picks me up. He's to re-measure between km's 3 & 4 with the wheel.

How did it go, caz? Wasn't there due to Burma Run today - hope all went well, and looking forward to next week's launch.

2nd test event went very well. 10 guinea pigs had excellent conditions to complete our flat course around Silverknowes/Prom then back towards Cramond point.
We reckon we'll need 9 volunteers minimum each week. 2-4 course marshals depending on numbers, at least 3 for funnel management then hopefully 1-2 computer whizz kids and one Time Controller.
Setting up course doesn't take much, km signage wasn't used last Saturday but it'll be all right on the night this Saturday;)
