Well done to all runners and volunteers! Great to see you all.
Yay for getting your confidence back, Ellem - you looked really strong. And I have to say we were quite proud with our job regarding the weather.

Absolutely excellent inaugural run with a good blend of seasoned competitors and nervous newcomers showing up in perfect conditions (or should that be the other way around ? ).....the panoramic views across the Forth present a stunning contrast to the rustic trails of Pollock Park....met a couple of Glasgow Parkrun old lags who couldn't keep the smles in after instant pb's.....I suspect that, like many a Scottish Open Golf venue , this course will really start to show its teeth once the wind blows...all in all a superb complement to the now well established Glasgow event .
