I will settle for that Maz - of course, as long as you lurk on the sidelines on raceday after you have finished and add your support !!! Re Headphones in races - it is something I don't get as for me they are a distraction. They work well in general training but when I want to put in a key training session or a proper race then I don't want the headphones to distract me from running to the plan. Its all too easy to go too fast, especially with some upbeat tunes, or to let your mind wander and slip off pace

I also ran London this year (post UKA changes) without getting hauled off the course. I tend to run with a single earbud in by way of compromise. I'm likely to chance it on Sunday.

I'm also in yellow with black diagonal stripe, Bedford harriers club colours.
