Bit of snow in Dunblane this morning - more out towards Braco as I saw on my 10 miler this morning. Good scenery today to take my mind off the pain! lol It's kind of dying away now, more rain than snow really.

Third Edinburgh for me with last in 2009, part of my 3 marathons in 2013, others being Lochaber & York.
Sub 3:15 at Edinburgh is A goal race😄

12.5 miles on Saturday, 5 yesterday in light snow. Hows everyone else doing?

14 miler on the canal paths yesterday morning, nice gentle 3.5 recovery this morning. Fortunately Falkirk area been very lucky with snow this year, long may that continue😄

Good effort CamBear and Cammy
13.4 for me and aim to incrase to 15 next week (probably on the canal path) weather permitting. The snow isnt really a problem, just means you need to be a bit slower and take care, but its not too bad here in town although the snow is trying to hit us.
Main issue is that its baltic at work

19 for me yesterday round Falkirk district, a little snow underfoot but mainly good conditions for running even with the odd snow flurry!!
Also a little xc practice in Callendar Park on Saturday which was good fun but hard!!

I'm only up to 12 miles so far. Saying that, this weekend's meant to be 14 but I'm working so I'll need to do that on my day off of Thursday.
