Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Your running Eddington Number (E) is the largest number where you have run E miles on E days
I am laid up at the moment so passed a bit of time yesterday looking at my training log and working out mine
This year's E is 9 (I ran 9 miles or more on at least 9 days) - but would need another two 10-milers to get an E of 10. For cycling I have managed an E of 25 this year.
I think it might be something I use to motivate myself for consistent longer rides next year. To apply it to my swimming I reckon I'll need to move away from miles or else use weekly totals.

What is your running Erdos Number? Would it be how far removed you are from Eliud Kipchoge?

The Mussile
Its yet more focus on distance which for me is a completely odd training metric to use. I also struggle to see what possible value it can provide - surely your training depends on the races you have entered?

Time is a much more sensible metric to use as it eliminates the vagaries of gradient, weather conditions, surface etc, etc. Thus I propose the Mussile number, the largest number where you have run M minutes on M days.

Wow, impressive that you coded it already but there seems to be a typo where it says “cycled”, not “run”.
