Cowboys as useless as ever. It's reminding me of the late 80's when things got really bad. Thankfully, in hindsight, that was a big rebuild when we got rid of Tom Landry, Tony Dorsett and Herschel Walker and got a spanking new team through the draft (through parity and trades) that dominated the NFL for the next few years. I'm hoping that is the case as it was really depressing back then. |

The cowboys are stuck in the "quite good" zone. Some great players like Micah and Ceedee who are now quite expensive. They don't have the cap space (from having good players) or draft picks (from winning just enough games). The giants are in the "quite bad" zone. The don't have cap space despite not having many great players and blew the high draft picks that they had. This might finally be their really bad year |

You've spent a lot on Dak and Ceedee, might not give you much room to hire outside of the draft.

That’s a great post Dave. I remember Lindsay (sp?) on The Athletic Football Show three seasons ago predicting the Giants would be good in five years because they were going to have a couple of crap seasons, sign a couple of franchise players and rise again. They’ve confounded us all by never being quite bad enough. |

Malik Nabers looks like a good draft pick. I forgot the Giants made it to the playoffs in 2022/3 so drafted a CB late in the first round in 2023 Thibodeaux from 2022 is decent … Toney from 2021 isn’t… |
