I really, really couldn't see Brady leaving - and now it feels like he is jumping before he gets pushed. The sensible thing would be to retire but hey.
Working on my theory that nothing good ever happens to the loveably hapless Chargers, they'll sign TB12 for an eye-wateriring sum of money. He will then flatter to deceive in pre-season, be abjectly shite for two games and then get a career-ending injury.

I thought Brady would stay. Surprised other teams are that interested, he can't have much left!
That said, I'm an Eagles fan that wants us to keep Jason Peters, can't have much left either but apparently graded as the second best LT last year so still decent for the right price.

It wasn't ok in the 80's, but I was 11 and there were still a lot of Westerns on TV.
I am sure they'll try, but they are going to try really hard to be as poor as last year.

Can the Pats still trade him, or has the deadline for that gone? I don't really fully understand the whole free agency and cap space stuff that goes on, but I did hear somewhere that if they traded him it would save them a load of money.
