Well it might be the end of the road for the Sixers as a potential contender. Ben Simmons has suffered a patella subluxation AKA a temporary kneecap dislocation. Expect that means he's out for a while as that not something you want to take a risk with.

The MLB is a world I know nothing about, lol.

We might still be able to send the Celtics home in the 1st round though so they might be able to help out at Fenway ;-)

I'm afraid I don't Vixx. My early 70s baseball cards are still stuffed away in a box. Being well thumbed I suspect there would only be any value in mine if there was a rare rookie card.

The Sixers All-stars dropping like flies. Embiid exited yesterday's loss to the Blazers after 6 mins with an ankle injury. Hopefully nothing too serious: nba.com

The Sixers did well to stay in the game and only lose 124-121 considering.

While wasting time on YouTube last week I came across a US Antiques Roadshow segment with an original baseball card set handed down through a family. Valued by a slightly hyperventilating presenter to a very nonplussed old lady.
No link but a quick search should find it Boston Red Stockings baseball cards

Well that was horrible. Our ‘official’ #5 starting pitcher, now effectively our #2, didn’t do a thing wrong. Then we turned to the ‘pen Somewhere in the sixth. Oh my.

I don't understand any of that Grep, but sounds like you're down to replacement players? Lol.

The Sixers had all five of their original starters missing yesterday (only Shake Milton is a legitimate current starter of those that played last night). Predictably they lost but they actually put up a good fight for a while.
