I haven’t read the report, but my understanding was that we were starting a new pitcher from the minors with an ERA of three-and-a-bit.

After said debut the poor schmuck’s major league ERA is 22.5.

The Sixers lost to the Celtics in Game 1 last night but the closeness of it makes me feel like the Sixers can win the series. Just need Embiid to dominate for 4 of the next 6 games.

As you know (well SPR does I'm sure) I've got a very uneasy relationship with the Celtics (hence my fondness for the hapless Nicks and the rather less hapless Clippers).

Clippers is a good choice currently, haven't always been though, in fact haven't really been till now!

Western Conference finals (which surely will be Clippers - Lakers) will be fun!

Wow, wasn't expecting to wake up to that! Portland are playing great but Lakers surely are too strong overall over 7.
