I wish they would put some effort into correcting the many mistakes in their lessons. I wish they pre-read people's comments before publishing what is sometimes quite wrong. I wish they hadn't abolished discussion. |

All of the innovation I see is on the Spanish course, which is perhaps their flagship. They do neglect some of the others. I guess a lot more would get done if they moved to an all-subscription model, which I for one would welcome. At the moment lack of funds means they have to rely on AI. |
