I found a new vintage shop about 5 minutes walk from my house :-)
Didn't buy anything today but I'm sure it's only a matter of time.

60m sprint hurdles today. Not 'quite' the requisite height for my age group ... But I haven't attempted hurdling for four years or more and they were only 3.5" /8cm lower than they need to be. It wasn't pretty and it certainly wasn't fast... but I did it.

I did something yesterday that I haven't done since I was 4 years old. I cut my own fringe. ...Although I didn't just get the scissors and randomly hack chunks out as I did when I was four to my mother's horror... it does actually look as if a four year old probably cut it. I think I need a hairdresser's appointment before I make it even worse :-o
