That does sound delicious Linds. My newt today was that a friend visited for the first time since we have lived in this house. She lives some distance away so we usually meet up somewhere 'half way' but she had to come over to this area for something else so called round. I suppose it's more her newt than mine really but I can't think of another one to claim!

The wild daffs are out in my wildflower meadow. It has been so warm, everything is going really quick now.

About This Thread

Most of you know the score. Much in the bizarre way Easter has come to mean Chocolate, Lent is mainly thought of as an opportunity to Give Up Chocolate. At least until Easter. You know what I mean, 'What are you giving up for Lent?' * I say NO to this. Away with the hair shirts and the deprivation. Let's embrace change and the NEW. Spring is a time of renewal - and restoration.

Soooooo..... you don't have to take up indoor sky diving like my partner's 90 year old mot...
