Fabulous race, dare I say really enjoyed it, even the agony of the last three miles which went on forever, was aiming for 5 hrs but it was one of those days where things just started going right and it got better and better. Haven't run a friendlier race than this one, idyllic country lanes full of old ladies with binoculars taking tea in deckchairs and calling out your number so the water station had it ready in advance.
Well done loca, contro, paul a and tumble and indeed Naomi P and Sarah1 as well.

That was tough today, very warm and very high humidity, not my slowest DD but the toughest run I've had there. Nearly DNF'd but didn't, the humidity made me feel ill and drained me. Finished in 6.51.
Well done Loca on first lady.
I'm home now, have left all the Fetchies there, I think they're donning their white John Travolta suits for the disco.:-)
