Anyone got the D99/D133 tracker to work yet, from the link posted on previous page ?

Still showing all the dots at Duthie Park, and it was due to set off over half an hour ago

Lol Gus. Good thing you're not doing it. You'd be doing a 24 hour warm up! :-) G

You can put socks in if you want Kim but don’t expect them to be brought back. If they’re dispensable there’s no issue with a small pair of socks!

Someone asked about number doing D99. I count about 75 on the tracker for 99/133.

Wow, that's a decent number. Will it be Scotland's only "official" 100 mile race, by the way? I know it was always a challenge to find a 100 miler.

There's the Perth 100km, the WHW which is only 95 miles, but many think of as "Scotland's premier ultra that is about 100 miles!" and there's Glenmore 24 hour where you *can* do 100 miles (right mrs s! :-) )

Or is there another? :-) G

Cape Wrath Trail is 400k ( so 248 miles ) but that's a multi-day stage race, so never doing 100 in a day

Race Across Scotland ( Southern Upland Way ) is 215 miles and you just keep going stopping as little/often as you like I think gbultras.com

Then there's the new Kilmarnock 24 so another chance to go 100+

Then next biggestafter the 2 WHW races then I think are Skye Trail Ultra at 74 and Great Glen at 72

possibly some I've missed...........

My view is don’t put anything in your drop bags for the D33 you want back.

Yeah, I had thought about not getting my socks back. And not wanting to carry a wet pair of socks myself!

Just last minute indecision as usual. I’ll have changed drop bag contents by end of week again!
