Having caught up on the match report, it seems like something has gone wrong here - when they said they'd replaced an all rounder with a bowler, I'd assumed it was something like a (for eg) Broad for Stokes type replacement - not ideal, but not totally ridiculous.

Having read that it's basically an out and out fast bowler for a batter who bowls a bit of medium pace on the very odd occasion. And that's not right under the rules as I understand them.
