Nosebleed territory this :-), one thing is an absolute must: we won't enforce the follow on (even if we get it), so when we bat SCORE QUICKLY. Nudging and nurdling along at 2 an over with the game safe would be infuriating. Let's get Buttler, Ali etc up the order and get a shift on.
